Q:
How do I know my order has been placed?
A:
After you enter your credit card number and checkout
on our Web site the next page that appears is
an invoice page which lists all of your billing
information. This invoice page is your order confirmation
and payment record. In addition, shortly after
placing your order an order confirmation will
be sent to the same e-mail address listed on the
order that was just placed.

Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
A:
Yes, once your Internet order ships from the MSBL
Sports Store warehouse a shipping notification
from UPS will be sent to the e-mail address listed
on the original Internet order. This notification
will include a UPS tracking number, two UPS order
reference numbers and other shipping information.
Please note: The first reference
number indicates the order number for orders placed
by phone. The second reference number indicates
the order number for orders placed on our website.

Q:
How do I check the status of my order?
A: A: Shortly after placing your Internet
order, an order confirmation is sent to the
same e-mail address listed on the Internet order
that was placed. If you received this confirmation
but have not received the shipping notification
from UPS, then your order has been received
by Anaconda Sports but it has not shipped yet.
You may track the shipment of your order by
going to the order
tracking page listed on our Web site. On
this page you can enter your UPS tracking number
or your order number and destination zip code
in order to obtain the latest information about
the current location of your Internet order.
UPS sends the tracking number and reference
number to the e-mail address listed on the original
Internet order after your order ships from the
MSBL Sports Store.
If you are unable to track your order via our
Web site or if you experience any problems with
being able to receive the UPS e-mail notification,
then please call customer service at 1-800-327-0074
or e-mail customerservice@anacondasports.com.
When contacting the MSBL Sports Store please
give your full name, contact information, order
date, Internet order number and please mention
that you placed your order through our Web site
so that we can process your inquiry as efficiently

How do I return an item?
A:
All items returned to us must be authorized by
our customer service department. Please call 1-800-327-0074
or email customerservice@anacondasports.com
to obtain a Return Authorization Number. When
contacting us please give your full name, contact
information, order date, order number and please
mention if you placed your order through our Web
site or through phone order so that we can process
your inquiry as efficiently as possible.All returns are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. Requests for return of goods must be received
within thirty (30) days of the invoice (except defects). Any
item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and returned
to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and
size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made
outside of the warranty period. Closeouts and any undergarments
that have been worn are non-returnable. Please be advised
that manufacturers require us to return merchandise for their
inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the
situation. All manufacturers decisions prevail.
The return item must be in its original condition, including
all tags, packaging and accessories. You will receive a prompt
refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise
purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card
used for that transaction.
Please note: Baseballs and softballs purchased by the dozen must be returned by the dozen.
BAT WARRANTIES
Your new aluminum/composite bat carries up to
a one-year manufacturers warranty against
defects.
NEW BATS [UNUSED/UNOPENED]
All unused, new bats in their original shrink
wrapped packaging may be returned to
Anaconda Sports within 30 days of purchase.
Please call Anaconda Sports at (800) 327-0074
for a Return Authorization. Unless products are
defective or shipped in error, shipping charges
are not refundable. If you return a Bat to
Anaconda Sports that is out of its original packaging
it will be shipped back to you at your
expense.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED BATS
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite
bats must be returned to the manufacturer.
Defective or damaged bats may be returned to
the manufacturer for exchange within one year
of the purchase date. The bat manufacturer's
phone numbers are shown below for your convenience.
Please call them directly to obtain a
return authorization number (RA#). We recommend
that you keep your bat invoice as your
proof of purchase.

What is the cost of shipping?
A:
The cost of shipping depends on where you live
in the United States, the total weight of your
order and which UPS shipping method you choose.
On our Web site you have a choice of using either
UPS Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air with
Ground being the cheapest and Next Day Air being
the most expensive. All orders placed through
our Web site are shipped via UPS. If you want
to place an order utilizing a different carrier
such as USPS or FedEx for example, then you must
place your order over the phone by calling 1-877-448-6725.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
Our normal internet order processing time is 1-3 business
days plus the additional in-transit shipping time.
Click

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not
considered business days and are not included in determining
the arrival time of shipment. Also be advised that
UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes. A physical
street address must be provided to receive orders.
Generally, the quickest way to receive your order
is to choose UPS Second Day or Next Day Air when checking
out on our Web site instead of using UPS Ground. If
you choose Second Day Air, the order should arrive
2 days after the order ships from our warehouse and
for Next Day Air, the order would arrive 1 day after
it is shipped from our warehouse. Saturdays, Sundays
and Holidays are excluded from calculating the arrival

Why are MSBL Sports Store's prices so low?
A:
The main reason is that we do our own order fulfillment,
avoiding the added cost/lag time we would incur
if we relied on other companies to ship our goods.
Another reason is that we have had a long relationship
(20 years in some cases) with major sporting goods
manufacturers such as Rawlings, Wilson, Worth,
Easton, Louisville Slugger, Dudley, Brine and
Bike, just to mention a few. Because of our high
sales volume, we can get the products from these
manufacturers at discounted mass merchant prices.
